    Hello, I applied for my gems several days ago. This small text indicates that it could take up to 96 hours to update my account balance. Now I waited for my Gems for 9 days. I ask for a solution.

  2. I didn't recieve gems on smite

    I tried to buy gems on smite but I never recieved any gems. the payment was complete, I even waited 2 days but still no gems. I had contact with smite and they told me to contact microsoft so now I did. please help me find out why this keeps happening. still
    have to get 600 gems and I would like to buy some more.

    Hello Dr Geld4hnung,

    We see that all your Gems are currently in your account, and are displayed as part of your Gem total on the top of the Vault page. They have been there since you claimed them, or otherwise were added to your account naturally, such as your Gems from spending.

    Xbox Rewards "Deposited"

    Those are for gems which are not the same as rewards credits.
    So what are the gems? As in the email it states that they will be transferred across to microsoft reward credits. I thought it had some affect on the rewards I recieve?
