    Did not receive my £50 since purchasing the FIFA 15 bundle

    Gamertag.

    I ordered it on the 28th august and purchased it the night Xbox one bundle Fifa 15 came out.

    Didn't receive my £50 but someone I know has.

    It was on my dashboard for a few days after I got my XBOX ONE, it said if i purchased it from one of the selected stores then I would receive the £50, which I did, as did a group of my friends as we all ordered them together, but only one of us has received
    the £50.

    Yes, there was an article about it with a list of criteria, to which we all qualified for the £50, however, only one of us has received it so far, 3-4 of us are still waiting.

    I do qualify as one of my friends has received the £50 and we all ordered at the same time and did the same things, though he is the only one who has received it yet.

    As I had posted above, caaaal7, you needed to receive this promotion on your Xbox 360, and you confirmed that you saw the promotion on your Xbox One. This unfortunately does not meet the qualifications for the FIFA 15 bundle promotion this time around. The
    promotion was not for users that had pre-ordered a bundle, but for accounts that received this promotion on their Xbox 360.
