    I pre order the gears of war4 and I did not recieve the gears of war ultimate edition character pack that comes with pre ordering the game I have called customer support to trouble shoot the issue and they told come here please help

    I have got the Gears 2 LE version (around in 2011) but the code wasn't inside. Guess you need to pre-order it to get the card.

    I have also managed to unlock the Golden Lancer in Gears 3 and it wasn't unlocked in Gears 2.
