    The Rockstar Energy and Meguiar's Car packs were indeed pre-order bonuses. However, those packs are
    not for Forza Horizon 3. You receive the car packs for Forza Horizon 2 (Rockstar Energy Car Pack) and Forza Motorsport 6 (Meguiar's Car Pack) so you'll want to check those games for that content. For further information regarding that, you

    I've pre orderd forza horizon 3 ultimate edition and normally you get a forza horizon 2 car pack and a car pack of forza motorsport 6.I didnt get these car packs i have a chat with microsoft support and i had to put a post here en put this also in my post

    Hey jaichahal -

    If you open your game and go to the Autoshow menu, can you please check in the DLC Cars section and see if your car packs are showing up there?

    Check that and let us know. Didnt recieve forza horizon 3 preorder bonus ( rockstar pack and meguair pack) :)

    Hey, guys! These are not sent as codes. They are provided as entitlements based on the purchase you make for Forza Horizon 3.

    For the Ultimate Edition, you should have access to the
    Car Pass     and
    All-Stars Pack    . If you see that these are already purchased on the site, I suggest you do a search for their specific titles on the Xbox One console and download them directly from there.

    For the Standard Edition, it should have come with the Rockstar pack and the Meguiar's Car Pack, but I am unable to find those online at this time. MrEldorado, can you please check your Manage Game section for Forza Horizon 3 to see if that content is there?
