Hi with the special offer that was going on i ordered a custom controller last week an was suppose to recieve 15000 rewards credits an have yet to receive them, i was wondering if there is a way i can get help to see what happen

 

Which offer are you looking for credits from? If it's the Ghost Recon offer, keep in mind that credits for that offer will show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped as long as you purchased a physical disc from microsoftstore.com

 

i bouhgt the Standard edition so i should be getting 10,000 credits
