    Didn't recieve 2k17 VC


    I just recently got off a chat with one of the Microsoft support employees and he told me to come here and he "guaranteed" that I would get the add ons I'm lacking. I bought NBA 2k17 on September 14 and played the during the early tip off days. I realized
    that i didn't recieve the 100k VC and other items. I only got to play as the Dream Team and did not recieve the other items I was supposed to get. I don't care about the other items like the Kobe shoes or clothing. All I want is the missing VC. Since I didn't
    get the VC I purchased 50 dollars worth of VC. Sadly it isn't enough that's why I'm here complaining about the missing 100k. The support person led me to a Microsoft site that had a list of all purchases I've made and could not find the legend gold edition
    so he told me to come here. If you need further proof I have a receipt from my dads pay pal with the date of purchase and transaction id and all that stuff. Please I would appreciate it if I could get the VC because 2k support was of no help because they never
    respond. Also I'm under the gamer tag SYMPAUL

    I accidentally redeemed a wrong code for nba 2K17 instead of 18

    i went to GameStop and I asked the cashier for 2 nba 2K18 35,000 VC cards but when I redeemed them it said that it was nba 2K17 and not 18, is there anyway to transfer VC or does it stay on the game because I traded in 2K17 for the VC .

    Commerce site with the account you believe to have made the purchase on and provide us with a screenshot of the purchase, please? You will need to upload the image to a file sharing site of your choice and post back
    with the link. This will help us dig into what's going on. Thanks!

    The VC that came with the Pre-Order will be available on the release date: 09/20/2016, but you can access the NBA 2K17 game, as part of the Pre-Order Early Access (4 days before standard release).

    You'll want to head over to 2K Support and file a ticket with them for missing in-game content. You can find the process outlined in their

    support FAQ for missing VC    . We are unable to assist with in-game content or make it appear so working with the company is your best course of action right now.
