    subscribed to groove music trial on 29th april 2017 but didn't receive the code for additional 3 months

    Havent recieved extra free months of groove music

    I just got the 1 month free trial of groove music because it said I would receive a code for 3 additional months free. Wouldn't have bothered with Groove music otherwise so I am pretty disappointed.

    was wondering if this will show up or I did something wrong. if I am not getting the free additional 3 months, just cancel my subscription.

    Groove Music 30 Day Trial + 3 months free

    I signed up for the 30 day fee trial of Groove Music to get the 3 month extension. I was charged on day 1 instead of receiving 30 days free, and I have not received a code for an additional 3 months free. now I have been incorrectly charged for 2 months.
