    I pre-order thee games from games on demand punch card but i didn't received my 15000 rewards credits. Please fix this so that i can received my points. i pre-order on 7/13/2017. please fix it

    Games On Demand Punch Card

    I have written a few times. I participated in the last Games On Demand Punch Card and never received my 15,000 credits for completing the punch card. Please help me in this matter. Thank you.

    not getting credit for my digital pre orders in the punch card program

    I preordered resident evil 7, South Park the fractured but whole, and injustice 2 and have not received credit for them on the my missions games on demand punch card. I've done this before and have not had an issue.

    Have all of the games been released? Credits for that offer will be given after all the games you preordered have been released.

    You are registered as a British Rewards member. Therefore, only purchases made in that regional currency are eligible for Rewards. Since your purchases were made in USD, they are not eligible.

    There have not been any offers to receive credits just for that game. If you preordered after January 1, it would count as a punch towards your Games on Demand punch card and you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive credits.

    If you preordered digitally it would count as a punch towards your Games on Demand punch card. you would need to purchase 2 more eligible games in order to complete the offer and receive the credits

    Which offer are you looking for credits from? Currently the only offer to receive credits for preordering games digitally is the Games on Demand offer. Only the games listed will be eligible. You do have to complete all 3 punches before you will receive
    the credits.
