    I didn't receive my 2500 points for purchasing Apex Coin for the Apex season 7 punch card on xbox rewards. Can someone help?

    Have not gotten my rewards

    Hi it can take a while for rewards to be received for example I received my points 6 after completing the first punch card, I am certain they will arrive in time.

    Personally I’ve found contacting the Rewards support a complete waste of time as I’ve never received a single response and nor has my family members who have each contacted it in the past (one of which still has a fully completed +1000 points welcome to Microsoft rewards punch card from +6 months ago sitting in their dashboard not registering completed!). Is there anyone monitoring the Rewards support?

    The April punch card rewards points will be sent by the end of this month, MS really needs to expedite the rewards process. They should have sent out the points with the avatar reward email, it is the same offer after all.
