Didn't receive Xbox one Quantum Break preordered PC , or Allen wake download codes

I waited the ten days but I have not received any download codes forr -

Quantum Break PC download,

Allen Wake

or Allen Wake American Nightmare

Quantum Break Preorder - Never got any codes

I preordered Quantum Break Digital download on my Xbox One and never received any codes.

Did not receive Alan Wake & American Nightmare for PC/Xbox or the Quantum Break code for PC.

Did not receive Quantum Break PreOrder Codes

I was told from support to post my situation here. I preordered Quantum Break from Xbox.com, but I have not received my Alan Wake code or Quantum Break PC code. Can someone please help me with this? I did receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare code.

 

Same here I Pre Ordered the Digital version of Quantum Break because I would get the Windows 10 version for free plus Alan Wake and Alan Wake American Nightmare but the only thing I have received is Quantum Break nothing else I kind of feel cheated...

 

We are ALL unfortunately in the same boat and there is no rhyme or reason why some people that pre-ordered after me received both their codes, in any regards still waiting needlessly for a code that should have been delivered a LONG TIME AGO.

In any regard I just had a chat with a support person at Microsoft and again was told they are creating special reports based on my concerns about the lack of code for me ( and others) and that higher ups within Microsoft should respond or get this sorted.

 

I am having the same issue. I just spoke with support and they referred me to this forum. I preordered Quantum Break on Xbox one on April 4th. As of today, April 15th, I have not received any codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake American Nightmare, or Quantum
Break for PC.

Xbox support did not help with this issue and only sent me here.

 

I pre-ordered in February and it has been 11 days with NO install code. I too was sent here to vent out my frustration with Microsoft as the publisher. I must say that this failure by Microsoft as a publisher should be expected considering how they would
blow all past software releases (Windows ME, Vista, & Windows 8)

 

I too have not recieved any codes and neither xbox support or Remedy games are being any help at all. Really annoys me that weve paid good money for these games and 11 days on still no codes or any apologies or anything
