    Didn't receive the $25 Microsoft Gift Card I purchased in a Xbox One S Bundle


    I bought an Xbox One S in a Black Friday bundle and received all of my purchases except for key code for my $25 Microsoft Gift Card. It didn't come in the mail and I didn't receive a key code.

    Need $25 gift card code

    I was gifted a bundle for Christmas and it included an xbox one s

    Battlefield 1 special edition, a 3 month subscription to xbox live gold,

    and a 25$ Microsoft store gift card. I was never given the gift card's

    25 digit number and I need it now. I am unable to find any information

    about it, and I know I have a special case. My dad purchased it from the Microsoft website.

    Purchasing Gift Cards Online

    Yeah i did go to their online store, but it didn't show any of the cards available to purchase i.e. $25 Xbox Live Gift card. Only Xbox Live Day one, and that appeared to be a "deliver to" not a digital download.

    Oh well. Is there a suggestions box anywhere?

    I can't answer for Microsoft as I am not an employee.

    However, I wouldn't think that Microsoft would feel disadvantaged. As, Everytime a user redeems a gift card Microsoft is receiving the proper payment for purchase of that gift card.

    Even if the app you are using purchases the gift card from a third party seller, that third party seller would have a contract with Microsoft and would have purchased the gift card from Microsoft to begin with. This no matter how you look at it Microsoft is
    making sales on these gift cards and receiving proper compensation for them.

    I would think that the opposite of disadvantaged would be true, as these gift card redemptions increase Microsoft sales of the same giftcards
