    Hi, some time ao I purchased the Minecraft for Windows. I have the order in my Purchases history, but never received the 25-digid code the game is asling for. Do you know where can I get this code? Thanks

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    If this was purchased directly on Microsoft Store and you did not choose "buy as a gift", there is no code required, the license will be added to your account immediately and you should be able to install the game as long as you're signed in under the account where it was purchased.

    Kindly sign in on your Xbox App and make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account to search and install the game.

    The DLC was available as a digital download and i was issued with a code which did'nt work, and my account is showing silver because they cancelled it and re applied it with no joy, i deleted my profile cleared my cache, issued me with a 25 digit code (twice)
    still with no joy (my account did'nt expire till april) and i've spoken to billing 8 times (8 wtf!!!!!)
