Didnt receive skin after xboxinside event for sea of thieves

Hello everyone, hope y’all doing well here is my issue shortly.. i’ve been watching xboxinside event for sea of thieves game weeks ago, so that i could get a new skin from watching it from the beging to the end. And i did watched.. they said the skin should
come to ur game unless one week after the event finish. And i been waiting more than week and nothing happen! I asked several times mixer support and xbox support and nothing happened! so please if anyone could help me out for this i will appreciate tht .

I tired being contacting between mixer and xbox support.

each of them say the same answer ask mixer or ask xbox

make sure you are signed in and linked your MS account with Mixer.

If you don't do that, you'll never receive rewards.

Have you contacted
Rare Games, which are the developers? Ultimately after everything has been verified that you are eligible for this skin for watching a Mixer Stream, the developers would be responsible for actually applying the item into the game. Skins like that are generally
not considered DLC but rather bonus content that unlocks within the game and the developers should unlock it for you in game one the requirements have been met for receiving this skin.
