Didn't Receive Sea Of Thieves Huntress Figurehead

I watched the whole stream. I was wondering if there is a way to get The Huntress Figurehead as I am an Sea of Thieves Player. is it that normal that it takes so Long?

My Mixer account and microsoftaccount are correct linked. i also got a notification.

Everything I've seen is that this is a Microsoft issue. The official game forum directed me here. Your comment about being late makes no sense.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. In regards to rewards for watching Mixpot or a Mixer live stream. You need to reply within 2 weeks of the mixpot if you haven't received your item. Being this is almost a year ago, there is nothing anyone
can do for this item any longer. When the rewards are selected there are only a certain number to hand out. You can view the

If you didn’t receive your MixPot within one week after watching the Xbox Live stream on Mixer, visit
xbox.com/mixpothelp.

Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content. Viewers don’t have to watch the entire briefing to qualify. You’ll be notified after
the stream is over with more details regarding your MixPot.

Note Inquiries into missing content must be initiated within two weeks of the live streaming event in order to be investigated.

Sorry for the misunderstanding on these mixpots. The small print in all the Mixpot announcements Or the terms and conditions usually mentions most of the stuff in the Mixpot FAQ. Being this is over eight months old we will not be able to assist in giving
you the item. With that I will go ahead and lock the thread as there is no other resolution to this issue.
