    Didn't receive Rewards


    I purchased For Honor Gold edition, $99. Sniper elite the $69-79 version, a battlefield deluxe upgrade, halo wars 2, and a couple of movies, and I haven't received any rewards. I wouldn't have purchased the expensive biggest editions If I wasn't going to
    receive any rewards for them. That's the only reason why I purchase multiple games a month. And I have not had any solution for any tech support. I have talked to 3 agents all said that's not their area, so I would like a response and would appreciate to be
    rewarded my points, I am also a 5star elite on the program. I think I deserve something. The fact I see now in the rewards description saying get rewarded for pre orders,movie, and game purchases passes me off because I didn't all of those and got only 250
    points for a survey I completed BEFORE I purchased all of those games and dlcs

    I didn't receive my january rewards for the monthly quests. I've contacted a few people about this case but still didn't get it solved. Here's the case number: 1416546711. I hope someone can help. Thank you.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since it has not been 96 hours since your purchase, it is too early to see Credits pending.

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. Since the offer hasn't been available for that long yet, it would be too soon to see the credits pending.

    Prizes from quests are given within the following month if you don't receive anything by the end of February, you will want to post in the sales and promotions forum.

    Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support and should actually not be posted on the forums.
