    Hi, I pre-ordered WWII, but I cannot press the button stating that I completed the step. I pre-ordered WWII on my Xbox one through the game and app store.

    Not receiving what I pre ordered in COD WWII

    I pre ordered Call Of Duty WWII and in the pre order it said you will receive the game, a multiplayer divisions pack, a zombie weapon camo, and 1100 cod points. I have yet to receive the divisions pack, the zombies camo, and the
    cod points and I am curious as to why I haven't.. Please contact me back with any info on this, I'd appreciate it if I can receive what was in the pre order. Thank you for your time.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you preordered on or after October 1, it would count as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. There's no other button you have to press since the program
    is tied to your account. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    I`ve got your reply.

    Virtually every quarter, pre-orders have their own promotion that run and typically reward 15,000 reward points for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles. Unless you are a 5 Star MyVip member and receive the full 10% back then that promotion is worth more than
    you would get if you just pre-ordered them at received MyVip % back.

    Hi MobToOoL,

    I am assuming you mean this offer : "Exclusive to Xbox Live Rewards members, you can pre-order your Xbox One or Xbox 360 games through Microsoftstore.com and earn 15,000 Rewards Credits for each pre-orderable game..."

    In the
    terms and conditions     it says you get the points once the games have shipped. They wouldn't give out points before the games shipped in case you tried to cancel your pre-order after receiving the points.
