Didn't receive reward credits

Discus and support Didn't receive reward credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I pay for $200 Singapore dollars for discounted games from April 1st to April 30th this year but these are not reflected in the rewards credit section...     I pay for $200 Singapore dollars for discounted games from April 1st to April 30th this year but these are not reflected in the rewards credit section of my account. Please help.

    Bought Xbox One S for Christmas and haven't received Reward program credits

    I'm part of the Rewards program, and I purchased an Xbox One S for Christmas during the 50k promotion and didn't receive the credits. The Rewards program was having a promotion, if you sign into an Xbox One S you'd receive the credits within 15 days.

    MyVip for April has not yet been deposited and according to the staff may be deposited late due to an error.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since it has not been 96 hours since your purchase, it is too early to see Credits pending.

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. Since the offer hasn't been available for that long yet, it would be too soon to see the credits pending.

    Prizes from quests are given within the following month if you don't receive anything by the end of February, you will want to post in the sales and promotions forum.

    Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support and should actually not be posted on the forums.
