Didn't receive reward credits for purchases at beginning of month.

I made 2 purchase at the beginning of the month, one for Injustice 2 Deluxe Edition and Metronomican. In between then an now I also made a purchase on a free to play game. I recieved the credits for the free to play Reward purchase, but still have yet to
see the credits from Injustice 2 or the Mectronomican.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined an issue with your Dungeon Defenders II purchases that caused you to not receive Credits for last month's FREE pass, and the FREEdom Rewards for your purchase near the beginning of this month. We will adjust
this purchase to complete this offer. You should see the Credits pending by the end of next week.

 

Go West Monthly Rewards Achievements

Hi Xbox Rewards Support,

I purchased Minecraft at the beginning of the month and completed six achievements for the game at the beginning of the month (March 2nd - in screenshot). GT -

I received the 4000 credits for the purchase (in addition to 2 movies purchased) and also received 1000 credits for purchasing multiple avatar items, but it still shows 0% for the five achievements. I unlocked six achievements in the game right away at the
beginning of the month. So I expected to eventually see 5000 credits for the achievements and then an additional 5000 credits for completing all of the goals, but I have only received 5000 credits and it is almost the end of the month.

Could you please look into this issue at your earliest convenience and help me receive the additional 10000 credits for the Go West rewards program?

There are currently no offers either of those games would be eligible for. If you have at least 1 star level, they would be part of your VIP rebate which will be calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of October.

 

well, my star level is 4, but it should still show pending credits for purchases made 2 weeks ago,which it does not.

 

Credits will only show pending a few days after a purchase if the purchase completes an offer on the site at the time. VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month, not after each purchase. So it's too soon to see the credits pending.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated this month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
