    Hi. As the title states, I bought a 12-month subscription to Xbox Live and didn't receive my free digital copy of Rainbow Six: Siege. This deal was on my Xbox home a few days ago. In fact it was there on the day I bought my subscription. (Main reason I bought
    it that day). I was wondering if I misread something on the deal and if not, was wondering if I was going to get the copy soon or at all. Help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for confirming, Ca55ius2K! There was an issue where users that pre-ordered The Division and received the Rainbow Six bonus currency were receiving the Rainbow Six Siege game for free. This has since been resolved, and you will need to purchase Rainbow
    Six Siege if you would like to continue playing it. Thanks for understanding!

    X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

    The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
    checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
    a link that directed me here.
