Didnt receive promotion

When i didnt have gold i saw an add that said "Go gold now and receive 10$ on your account" , so i clicked the add and it gave me an option of putting in a code or buying gold i chose to enter a code. Once i enterd the code it said my 10$ would take up to
10 days or less, so i waited, but never got it.

Missing Reward Points

Just bought For Honor and didnt receive any of the reward points from the "Warrior Rewards" promotion. Also, I think I should have also gotten the 6000 reward credits for spending over 60 bucks this month as part of a different promotion. Any help resolving
these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Missing EA Access Code

Hi,

I`m still missing my free EA-Access-Code for purchasing one month by PayPal from that Promotion:

It`s already over a month and I still didnt receive any message with a code.

In order to qualify for promotional offers, you have to purchase the gold directly through the offer. Redeeming a code does not qualify as a purchase. So since you redeemed a code you would not have been eligible.
