Didn't receive promo req pack when I logged on halo 5 yesterday

The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.

Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

As I bought the game, by accident, I received the "preorder" REQ PACK on my account. My son did not get these.

My son (didn't buy the game) was successful in entering the 2 extra bonus req packs (included in the game and 2nd controller). He received both and I received neither.

So Halo 5 is scammy like COD Advanced Warfare where the codes only go against the account they are entered not the console. (V. Destiny and Far Cry on PS4 which were console codes).

WARZONE REQ BUNDLE

The Warzone REQ Bundle provides players with 2 Premium REQ Packs a week for a total of 7 weeks. Premium REQ Packs provide players with the most number of REQs, with the best chance of acquiring Ultra-Rare, Legendary, and Mythic REQs. Players are guaranteed
