    Bundled games are normally a 25 digit redeem code inside of the box. If after searching the box thoroughly and you do not find the code you need to contact the retailer you purchased the console from. It is their responsibility to ensure you get what was

    The game will be included in the bundle as a digital code. Be sure to check thoroughly because the code looks similar to your Xbox live Gold and Game codes. It will be redeemed via the Xbox Store fora digital version of the game. However, if you feel like
    you have not received your code, you should contact
    Xbox Support    . They will gladly help you out!

    The game's code is on the back of a card that comes with your console, it should be in the box somewhere with a picture of the game on it.

    If you did not receive that card, Xbox support can't help, you must contact the place where you bought the console from for further assistance.

    We/Xbox Support do not give out free codes for problems like this.
