    i attempted to buy 170 ($9.99) worth platinum and I was double charged on my credit card and didn't receive my platinum. I need you guys to refund my $10 immediately and grant me what I purchased please.

    Things like that are sent at random and to different accounts for different reasons. There is no way to know why 1 account received it and another didn't.
