    I purchased 3 month xbox live with a 1,000 vbucks and never recieved my vbucks i need help please. It’s been more than 2 weeks.

    Hi you may not have been eligible for the promotion. Its for new accounts or accounts with no history of Xbox Live from a certain date. I would read the fine print again. It may be that you just didn't qualify
