Didn't receive my Quantum break codes for PC & and I never received my $10 gift card points for the pre order & the Alan Wake? I called Microsoft and they stated that it should have went through so that they told me that I had to just wait or get in contact
with you in order to resolve that problem.

Missing $10 xbox gift card from preorder bonus

Hi,

I never received my $10 gift card from my Quantum Break preorder bonus. It said it would take up to 10 days but it's been over a month now. I did receive the Alan Wake and PC Quantum Break bonuses, just not the $10 gift card bonus. I have an order number
if need be.

Did not receive Alan Wake & American Nightmare for PC/Xbox or the Quantum Break code for PC.

Xbox Live Rewards Forum if you are referring to a Xbox Rewards promotion.
