Didn't receive my promotional code for 3 months of Groove Music

After the purchase of a limited time offer on my Xbox One with the title "Four free months of Groove Music pass", I didn't get the code for the remaining 3 more months. I paid for the first month, within this time period normally I should get an email with
the promotional code. Unfortunately I never received this email until now.

I hope you could help me with this issue.

3 Month Code for Groove Music Pass Never Came

I didn't receive my code for the 3 month extension to Groove Music Pass. Any help would be welcome, thanks!

subscribed to groove music trial on 29th april 2017 but didn't receive the code for additional 3 months

 

Some additional info:

I got this offer directly on my Xbox console.

Xbox Support sent me the link to this forum, because they were unable to help me out with this issue.

Sincere apologies for the delay. I can definitely understand the frustration this may have caused.

If you do not see your code for 3 months of Groove Music by the end of next Friday (August 19, 2016) then please let us know so we can investigate further.

Here's the notification I got from Outlook.

"From now to August 17th, get up to 4 months of music for free when you sign up for a Music Pass.* If your're brand new to Groove, enjoy your free month-long trial. During the first 30 days, we'll email you a code for 3 more months - 90 days - of music,
on the house. Get millions of songs wherever you roll, plus artist radio, playlists, and custom mixes made just for you. But hurry - this deal ends in a flash."

Also states on the website that you need to finish a one month paid subscription for groove. You can see that info from the link below.

It's a bit confusing as it didn't directly state on the email notification that it would be after the Trial or a Paid subscription but the link provided proves that you should be on a paid subscription.

 

I did finish a one month paid subscription! I paid for a month, but no actions have been taken! Still no promotional code :-(

@scottieboy1794 - When did you purchase your one month Groove subscription? Please keep in mind that it can take up to 30 days from the date of purchase to receive codes. If after 30 days you still have no received your code, please make a new thread so
we can look into the issue.
