didnt receive my points and perks

i have 402 minutes on Frozen Free Fall: Snowball Fight , 102 more than needed .

i have 365 minutes in Dungeon Defenders II , 65 more than needed .

and i have already the gems of war done , so the 96 hours already passed because this was from last week .

my birthday was too in 8 march and i didnt saw any perks till now , so i dont know if there is something wrong because on 17 i had too more than 5000 points but didnt got the deposit so please correct what is wrong

Since you have only played five hours or more in Gems of War, you only have one punch for this offer. However, note that as stated in our FAQ it can take 96 hours for activity to be processed for Rewarding:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

So if you have only recently played time in Free to Play titles, we may not have received that data at the current time. We use the birthday information you enter into your Xbox for birthday data. Since this month is not your birthday, you have not earned
the birthday perk.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, we need to make sure that the transaction for the points is successful and for the correct game version. Please follow the steps below on your console:

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order history.

Check if it's "completed" and if it's for the correct COD game. Once confirmed, for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Also, you can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.
