    hi there,

    I logged onto Mixer to watch the Xbox briefing yesterday. I was on for the entirety of the live briefing and have yet to receive my mixpot promo.

    Are you able to please have this sorted? I can confirm that my Mixer and Microsoft accounts are linked.

    After speaking with general support they advised that I post here to have this rectified.

    Have not Recieved Sea of Thieves Mixpot

    still have yet to receive my sea of thieves mixpot from the March 10th stream.

    Was told buy chat support to post here? Why post here when I’ve already contacted them?

    I watched the entire E3 conference live on MIXER. Are we supposed to receive rewards?

    Hi, if you received the items from past MixPots but didn't receive this year's rewards, I'd still confirm that you followed the steps as outlined in the

    MixPot FAQ    . If the issue remains unresolved, make your own post in the "Sales and Promotions" section of this Xbox forum and I believe a support agent will reach out to you. I think you can do so anytime in the next week, starting tomorrow.
