Didn't receive my Mixpot even though I watched the Xbox Insider.

Hey,

After viewing the most recent Xbox Insider on Mixer I was told that I'd receive a pistol skin for the upcoming Sea of Theives. I have pre-ordered the game itself but the skin hasn't shown up in the 'Manage Game' section.

I'm not too fussed about this as I didn't know I was supposed to get anything at all it until earlier today, so, if it's something that can't be changed, will the skin be available at some point in-game to unlock? Or will I be forever without that sleek
black-on-silver handgun?

Didn't received the E3 mixpot

I wonder what happened, I received the Inside Xbox mixpot, but didn't get the E3 mixpot, even though I watched it live. Can anyone help me?

As Smwutches mentioned, according to the
MixPot FAQ Page, users should get their MixPot gift "within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event".

Please let us know if you did not receive the reward by the end of the day on the 17th so we can take a closer look

 

Thanks for the confirmation. I still haven't received it as of 17/03/2018 at 3:15pm GMT, is there still a possibility I might receive to later on today? Or will I need to take this to the next step?

Those MixPot reward sends should still be going out in waves so it's possible you may still receive your reward by the end of today. Please keep us updated and we appreciate your patience

That would mean end of the day on the 17th such as 11:59 PM your time so we recommend checking back tomorrow morning. If you do not see the rewards have been added by then, please let us know
