Didn't receive my groove code

    Didn't receive my groove code


    I recently bought an Xbox one and I was supposed to receive a 3 month groove pass via email. I still haven't received it and with all the money I spend on Xbox products I feel a little cheated. All attempts to get it have apparently failed. Any tips on how
    to get it?

    3 Month Code for Groove Music Pass Never Came

    I didn't receive my code for the 3 month extension to Groove Music Pass. Any help would be welcome, thanks!

    subscribed to groove music trial on 29th april 2017 but didn't receive the code for additional 3 months

    To clarify, the email with the token is sent to the account associated with your Microsoft Account. You can verify which email address is on your account by visiting account.live.com. The code should
    be sent within 30 days, however we've sometimes seen it take a few days longer depending on the date your 30 day trial started. Please double check that the correct email address is on file with your account and let us know if you've not seen the code by the
    end of the week.
