    Microsoft had a promo going on that if you pre ordered Gears of War 4 on the xbox marketplace, you would also receive all the charactersfrom the Ultimate Edition remaster gears of war within 7-10 days. It has been 13 days since I have pre ordered Gears of
    war 4 and I haven't received my character code for the Ultimate Edition. Please help!!
