Didn't receive my credits on the 15th, also can't log into my account

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May, 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your Microsoft
account by June 30, 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

Gems will not be converted into Credits until this final deposit that should occur by June 30th. You will be able to see your deposit as currency from the Microsoft Commerce page.

We only deposit twice a month. Once around the middle of the month, and again near the end of the month. We have not yet performed this deposit, so your Credits have not been deposited.

Your purchase of TitanFall 2 was not a pre-order, and therefore not eligible for this offer. The body of the page tracks all purchases and marks them as "You pre-ordered" even if you did not pre-order them.

It takes up to 48 hours to get credit on your punchcard, it also will take a lil more time to actually receive your items. Points are credited to your account the 15th of each month I believe. But you need to have 100 or more points pending.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending (you can only request a deposit when you have between 1,000 and 5,000). If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of
the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

My credits were received on the 11th, which is BEFORE the 15th.
