    Didn't Receive My Bonus Items


    I purchased 2 Brand New Xbox One consoles during a promotion deal that is clearly stated on the Microsoft website. I have spoke to three representatives on this matter and still have not received both my $30 gift cards and my 2 free games. I should proof
    of purchase and date it was purchased but have not received anything and this is the second time this has happened. I bought one back in November or December a rise of the tomb raider bundle and had this same issues.

    I bought this bundle twice for myself and a family member. Please help.

    The best thing to do is start out by contacting the company or place that you received the code from. they should be able to see what is going on with the code.

    Have you tried power cycling your xbox one? If you hold the power button for 10-15 seconds and turn your console back on it should be fixed. If not it may be due to xbox’s currently increased traffic therefore wait 24 hours and contact support at support.xbox.com
    and they should be able to lend a hand
