    Didn't receive my 3 month free Groove Music code


    I have been on to Xbox support about my Groove Music issue and I have these reference numbers,

    regarding it.

    The bottom line is, I signed up to 30 days free trial and I didn't receive the code for the further 3 months free as advertised here:

    Xbox support could not solve the situation and requested that I create a post here so my issue can be resolved by someone who is in a position to do so.

    Didn't receive my 3 month free Groove Music code

    I signed up to this trial on 2nd June on my PC so the code should have been sent to my email address which hasn't. Yes I have looked into spam/junk folder, there's nothing there. The advert states I would have received the code within the 30 days trial
    but it is now day 31 and no code has ever been sent and there's no code attached to my account as confirmed by chat support. I have been directed here in order to get my code.

    To clarify, the email with the token is sent to the account associated with your Microsoft Account. You can verify which email address is on your account by visiting account.live.com. The code should
    be sent within 30 days, however we've sometimes seen it take a few days longer depending on the date your 30 day trial started. Please double check that the correct email address is on file with your account and let us know if you've not seen the code by the
    end of the week.

    The email I checked is the one associated with my Microsoft account. I have continued to check my inbox as well as my junk/spam folder. No code has ever been sent and no code is linked to my account.
