    Didn't receive movie ticket with Beauty and the Beast offer Ref#[Mod Removed]


    Some time back I purchased Maleficent through the promotion below and was told I would receive a code for a free movie ticket. No ticket has ever arrived. I have talked to 3 separate service reps and have now been sent here to request the ticket be reissued.
    For reference the order number is: [Mod Removed] and the customer support reference number is
    [Mod Removed]

    Have not received code for Ryse: legendary Edition

    Hopefully you don't mind me piggybacking off this thread but I also didn't receive my code for Ryse: Legendary Edition. I purchased my Xbox Live Gold membership off the dashboard on 9/22/2015.

    I also talked to someone over Xbox chat support today and he hold me to post in the forums. He already put in a ticket for me with this ID number:

    If you filed an unauthorized access investigation because of a stolen account, no one here will be allowed to tell you anything regarding it. They do not release any info before the case finishes and they will only give that info to the owner of the account.

    I personally would remove that SR number from your post because even something that simple can be used against you. Any random person could call support and say, "hey I have this SR about my account being stolen. Can you give me an update? Oh the info
    on the account? Well it was all changed when he stole it, so I don't know what he changed it to."

    if you didnt see the gamerscore before and you werre given troubleshootibg to see if your profile 2as just buged then no

    recovery of your profile doesnt do it

    it only updates you on account changes and statuses
