Didn't receive MixPot Code from 21 of August for Huntress Figurehead.

Hi there, as above I have not received the above. My account is definitely linked to Mixer as I received the code for the Flintlock pistol in March. I've checked the Billing Page of my account and I have still not received the code. Despite the promise
of one contact resolution, Xbox support have not been able to resolve this in one contact. Please can you look into. Thanks.

Sea of Thieves - Huntress Figurehead Mixer

At 21 of August I have watched the Xbox stream on Mixer but I didn't received any reward (the Huntress Figurehead) on Sea of Thieves.

You can contact the Mixer team at the below link however I know that per a sticky post on the forums, all Mixpot rewards have been given out to those who properly linked their accounts.

Have you checked your transaction page on your MS account? I never got an email or XBL message for the figurehead like other giveaways. Checked my account and there it was on August 21st.

In order to receive the Mixpot, a user has to be signed in when watching. It's in the

FAQ.

I've never relied on email notifications from any service (as they can often get flagged as spam, or show up hours later), I set a reminder on my calendar. Then the notice pops up on my phone, computer and even an old tablet of mine.

You’ll receive your MixPot within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event. Remember, you must be logged in to Mixer with your Microsoft account to get your MixPot.
