Didn't receive Las Vegas S2 Longshot

hello during the stream for Gears of War 4 Las Vegas open I had received two of the three weapon skins (Markza and Enforcer) but it would not allow me to claim the longshot weapon skin, had stayed in the stream until it ended and the quest log disappeared
so i could no longer try to claim it.

Habe mir vor ca 3 Tagen eine One zgelegt im Bundle mit Rainbow Six Siege und fifa als cd version,dabei war auch noch Rainbow Six Las Vegas sowie LAs Vegas 2 als DLC.

Der Code von LAs Vegas hat funktioniert der Code von Las Vegas 2 funktionierte nicht auf der one zeigt es es ist etwas schief gegeangen ....... auf dem pc das selbige, auf der 360 der Code ist ungültig habe dann den support chat verwendet und mit dem Mitarbeiter
gesprochen die haben beide COdes geprüft Las Vegas wurde eingelöst logischerweise und der von Las Vegas 2 funktioniert angeblich laut test bei mir aber nicht. Ich bitte somit um einen neuen Code für Las Vegas 2
