    hello, I recently bought a copy of just dance 2016 from the Microsoft store but it did not come with a trial code for just dance unlimited in the game box. I didn't receive a trial code via email either. Can you advise me how I can the the just dance unlimited
    code that was supposed to come with the game? Thank you.

    Missing pass for Just Dance 2017 Gold

    I recently purchased Just Dance 2017 Gold Edition. My understanding is that I should have received a pass via email for three months of Unlimited Access. I did not receive any pass.

    I would appreciate a resend or grant of three months' Unlimited Access.

    If you visit the the Just Dance Unlimited Subscription screen it should offer you a trial. If you've signed up for a trial in the past you wouldn't have access to it I'm afraid.

    i think this will fix your issue

    On your console, sign in to Xbox Live using the gamertag that you used to purchase the content. Go to the Settings and then
    select Account. Go to Your Billing Options, and then select Licence Transfer. Follow the on-screen instructions
    to transfer the content licences.
