    I pre-ordered rainbow six siege it was gonna come with rainbow six Vegas one and two I had the option to download the first Vegas but the second it will not let me buy it or download it it just says

    Didn't Get Fallout 4 When purchased Xbox One

    You would need to purchase the Xbox One console bundle that includes Fallout 4, not all bundles include Fallout 4. If you purchased the Fallout 4 bundle and didn't receive a code you'll need to reach out to the retailer.
