Didn't receive fallout3 code

I received fallout 4 for a gift on Christmas and when i hoped to redeem my fallout 3 i noticed there was no code in the case so i looked it up and it said i had to wait between 1-2 weeks for my code however i have still not received it.

Didn't receive code

i redeemed my points for a 3 month subscription and I have not received the code for it. Any help will be appreciated thanks

Same here. I finally called Xbox support as the offer is set to expire on 2/8/16 and was told that redeem code only applies to digital purchase of the game. I mentioned that the box clearly says Fallout 3 included for Free but there's no redeem code with
the disc; was told that the code would have been e-mailed but nothing came.

I got the message on the xbox. but it was deleted.

An additional piece of information: I just inserted the disc for Fable III, and received the same message that Xbox One could not load the disc with the code 0x80820002. This is the same message I received from both Fallout3 and Mass Effect before I cleaned
the discs.

Don't know if this is helpful.

Same here bought digital version of fallout 4 on the 10th of november and still no code. The code said it would arrive within 7-10 days so where is the code.

As long as your purchased fallout 4 from the Xbox Store, you will receive a code in 7-10 days. If you purchased on the 10th, check back in on the 20th of this month if you haven't received it. Thanks!
