    I bought the fall out 4 last 12/02/2015 for $64.94 and was supposed to get fallout 3 code in 7 to 10 days and never did.

    Thanks for posting! This promotion to receive Fallout 3 ended on 2/8/2016. Since you purchased Fallout 4 in March, that would be the reason you didn't receive Fallout 3.
