    I signed up for nhl insiders using the email [Mod Removed] about 3 weeks ago because it says I get a free ea access code for a month but I never recieved it so I spoke to a ea support person that sent me to a Microsoft support advisor that
    sent me here to the promotion team to get my code please help.

    I pre-order my nhl 17 and i didn't get my ea acess code and i sign up for a nhl rewards account, i was suppose to receive a ea acess code and all of my friends got their code, but i didn't receive mine.

    When did you register? Per the fine print, if you registered before August 24, the codes would have been sent on or around August 29. But if you registered between August 21 and September 2, codes will go out around the 6th.
