Didn't receive E3 Mixpot

Discus and support Didn't receive E3 Mixpot in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I watched the Microsoft E3 2018 Press Conference though the Mixer app with my account linked.     Didn't receive E3 Mixpot


    I watched the Microsoft E3 2018 Press Conference though the Mixer app with my account linked. It kept having issues logged in but I kept watching it. Will I still get this? Thanks!

    Didn't receive E3 Mixpot

    Hey guys,

    I got the same problem as many other people. I watched the whole E3 press conference, even talked in the chat, but to this day, I never received the mixpot. Took a look at
    Sign in to your Microsoft account but nothing in there.

    As many others, I had problems in the first 15 minutes to log in to Mixer. I always got an error message, but I heard of other people who started the stream around 40 minutes in and they got the mixpot, so I should definitely qualify.

    The Mixpot FAQ did say it may be up to a week for them to be seen on your account.

    The FAQ is here-
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/Xbox-MixPot-FAQ     but only Microsoft Support staff (not us community ambassadors) can check why you may not have the content.

    If you look at Sign in to your Microsoft account it should show if the E3 content has been assigned to you, you will need to be signed in to see the results.

    Its possible while your accounts were linked you were not signed in, or you were no on the first million, and I think you had to watch live not a VOD as they did last year. Also remember some content may only appear in game, ie the Halo Helmet you need
    to look in game in Halo 5 in your Req's to claim it, again mine appeared Thursday..

    Myself and several others never got a message in Message center at all and the content was automatically added to the account without any notice. Be sure you go to
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders on your account and see if you show the items there as "Redeemed" with a $0.00 charge, as you may have received them and just
    are not aware. If you have received the MixPot it will show for you there. If you still do not show that you have the items reply back on this thread and they can look into this.
