Didn’t receive e3 mix pot reward

I watched the entire e3 event and didn’t receive the classic helmet pack for halo 5. I made sure I was logged into my account. Please help, I only watched the entire event to make sure I would get the reward.

The mixer pot reward still no arrives since the e3

Mixpot not Received for participating in the E3 coverage

I fulfilled the requirements thru Xbox and Mixer to receive the Mix-Pot Bonus for participating with the E3 coverage with a linked Xbox and Mixer Account

"If you didn’t receive your MixPot within one week after watching the Xbox Live stream on Mixer, visit

xbox.com/mixpot." So be sure to give a little more time since it may not appear until tomorrow. If you do not receive your MixPot, but did qualify**, be sure to come back and reply.

**Quantities are limited—only the first 1 million qualified viewers will receive the MixPot for the Xbox E3 Briefing. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content.

Also, with myself and several others we never got a message in Message center at all and the content was automatically added to the account without any notice. Be sure you go to
Sign in to your Microsoft account on your account and see if you show the items there as "Redeemed" with a $0.00 charge, as you may have received them and just
are not aware. If you have received the MixPot it will show for you there.

With regards to awards, sometimes these can take a while before they are all sent out. I know some awards may take up to a month before they have all been issued. To be sure, please check this following announcement here:

2018 MixPot Support Status

It does say that everyone should now have their rewards. Please make sure your Mixer Account has your Microsoft Account connected to it. If it does not, then you may have missed the reward
