Didnt receive Credits on purchases

i bought Mass Effect for 54$ , Rise of The Tomb Raider pass for 7.50 and Banner Saga DLC for 5 and did not receive my 2% reward credits for them.

I did get the simply reward offer but shouldnt I get my VIP points?

Digital purchases not adding points

There is no offer to receive 1250 credits for every purchase. There is an offer to receive 1250 credits for making your first purchase. In order to qualify, the purchase has to be made using currency from your Microsoft account balance, not by credit card/paypal.
Credits should show as pending about 96 hours after an eligible purchase.

Otherwise, in order to receive credits, the purchases either have to be eligible for another offer on the site, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

It depends on what offers are running at the time. in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. So you don't necessarily
receive credits for every purchase and credits usually don't show up right after a purchase.

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for March purchases. Also keep in mind that if purchases are eligible for another offer on the site, they are not included
in your rebate.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Furthermore, keep in mind that purchases that go towards offers will not also go towards payback, so purchases that went towards Simply Rewarding will not also
give MyVIP payback.

Smwutches is correct. Furthermore, both those purchases were made in November, and included in your November payback, which is currently pending in your account. You did not have a one star MyVIP level until March of last year, so your purchases in December
and January did not award MyVIP payback.

There are currently no offers either of those are eligible for. If you have at least 1 star level, they would be part of your VIP rebates. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early
to see credits pending for December purchases.

Currently there are no offers to receive credits for making a purchase at microsoftstore.com. You can only receive credits for purchases there if there is a specific offer for them.
