    Didn't Receive Credits/gems for MyMission


    Last month, I purchased $50 worth of content (before tax) on the specified games and movies provided by the Friendship MYMissions page. I bought COD WW2 and 21 Jump Street from the Microsoft store which totaled $51.98. I then earned 5 achievements in the
    game, which completes all tiers for the reward. However, I never received an email or update on my MyVIP page with the 10,000 rewards credits. I would like the credits, since I spent the time and money on the purchases and also did complete the challenges.

    Microsoft Rewards - Triple Feature Mission - Did Not Received Credit

    I did not receive the 1,000 Rewards Credit and 5MyVIP Gems for completing the Triple Feature mission, for the month of January. According to the MyMission FAQ's, the Rewards Credit and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each
    specific offer yet I do not see anything pending on my statement history.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. After reviewing your account, we found an issue where your movie purchase was not progressing correctly due to also being applied to the Microsoft Movies and TV offer, causing it to progress only that offer and not both.
    We have corrected this issue, and you should see the two remaining Credit events shortly.

    Hi SgtMonkey1981. As Mountain Dew said, we currently have the Games on Demand Pre-Order offer running that awards Credits and Gems. You can also earn extra Gems by doing the Early Bird MyChallenge. You can view those on your MyMissions page.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
    and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you were a zero star member up until December, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    Also, keep in mind that MyVIP Gems and MyVIP Credits are two separate currencies. The 150 Gems for your birthday are not the same as 150 Rewards Credits.
