    Didn't Receive Code for Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime


    Hey there!

    So on June 30, I saw an ad on the Xbox One dashboard that said if I paid for 1 year of XBL, I would get a download code for Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime emailed to me before the end of July. I followed the link and put in my cc details and paid on June
    30. The ad said that I had to pay before the end of June, I believe. The ad said I had just a few hours to complete this, so I did. I paid at around 8-9PM Central I believe.

    Speaking with Xbox support today, they pointed out that the payment didn't post until July 1. I believe this may have caused the system to assume that I missed the window and I never got a download code for the game. Checked my spam messages, etc.

    Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
