    we got a new xbox one at christmas, and shortly after it was set up we had a box on our old xbox 360 screen for a free year of EA access. It was a box we navigated to and chose, just like the box that says Games with Gold. We chose it, and it said to set
    up an EA access account, and a code would be mailed to us sometime before January 20th, I believe it was. we set up our ea access account on Jan 30, so that was the day we saw the offer on the 360. No code ever arrived. I've spent a couple of hours total
    on support with both EA - they said it was an xbox promotion, so deal with xbox. Then two separate sessions with xbox support, and they sent me here. Any ideas?

    My friends received an access code for a free one month trial of ea access and they didn't pre order any games, While I preodred the delux edition of NHL and didn't receive any code. Ibe talked to EA and they said if I talk to Xbox I'll get a code. I did
    talk to someone and didnt recieve any code so I'm getting really mad that I'm not recieving a code

    Hey, Fish! It sounds like you were part of an upgrading promotion that was running in Canada. Would I be correct on this? If so, we have
    a sticky here about this situation. The codes have been delayed, but you should receive it by the end of the month. If you don't, please post back so that we can look into it further for you.

    Where did you receive this EA Access code? If you intended to purchase a year of EA Access, but received a 1 Month code instead, you will want to reach out to the retailer your acquired the code from.

    Post back with where you received this code so we can better narrow down what next steps should be.

    EA ACCESS code not received!

    The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

    I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.
