Didn't receive any rewards for buying Skyrim Remastered.

I bought Skyrim Remastered at the start of December and never received any rewards for it.

Where are my points?

It was my understanding that I get 15000 rewards points for each game preordered before the year ends. I got forza and battlefield. Wanted to get the remastered Skyrim with the points but they are not there. Any one got an idea?

If you have at least 1 star for myvip then that purchase would have gone toward that. MyVip is calculated at the end of the month and deposited between the 12th-15th of the following month.

 

That's pretty stupid. MyVIP updates within 96 hours. If that can then your rewards amount should be able to as well. It used to update like that so it makes no sense why it doesn't any more.

 

Because making numerous small deposits takes more time and leaves more room for error than collecting all the data at the end of the month and making a larger singular deposit on the normal cycle of 2 deposits per month.

I can confirm Murphs response. From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Our program has always awarded payback on a monthly basis, even going as far back as the MyAchievement days in 2014.
