    Didn't receive any E3 MixPot rewards.


    Hi there,

    I watched the E3 conference via the Mixer app on my Xbox One last Monday and Tuesday (12th and the 13th) registering an account in-app following the broadcasting account and commenting too. I am yet to receive any of the E3 MixPot rewards, was guided here
    by an Xbox Rep.

    Hopefully you can verify that and send the codes ASAP. Thanks!

    Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

    Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

    BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

    Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

    What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

    "If you didn’t receive your MixPot within one week after watching the Xbox Live stream on Mixer, visit

    xbox.com/mixpot    ." So be sure to give a little more time since it may not appear until tomorrow. If you do not receive your MixPot, but did qualify**, be sure to come back and reply.

    **Quantities are limited—only the first 1 million qualified viewers will receive the MixPot for the Xbox E3 Briefing. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content.

    Also, with myself and several others we never got a message in Message center at all and the content was automatically added to the account without any notice. Be sure you go to
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders on your account and see if you show the items there as "Redeemed" with a $0.00 charge, as you may have received them and just
    are not aware. If you have received the MixPot it will show for you there.

    We were able to determine you have received the E3 MixPot rewards on your account. Please check our

    E3 MixPot FAQ     for a list of which content to look for in your 'Ready to install' list on your Xbox One console. Keep in mind that some of the content is DLC for other games, and you will need to own those games to install the DLC.

    Keep us posted if you find the content!
    Hi! I'm facing the same problem here. Watched the E3 briefing through Mixer with myMicrosoft account linked to it, and didn't receive the rewards. Can you help me?

    The Mixpot FAQ did say it may be up to a week for them to be seen on your account.

    The FAQ is here-
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/Xbox-MixPot-FAQ     but only Microsoft Support staff (not us community ambassadors) can check why you may not have the content.

    If you look at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders it should show if the E3 content has been assigned to you, you will need to be signed in to see the results.

    Its possible while your accounts were linked you were not signed in, or you were no on the first million, and I think you had to watch live not a VOD as they did last year. Also remember some content may only appear in game, ie the Halo Helmet you need
    to look in game in Halo 5 in your Req's to claim it, again mine appeared Thursday..
